Welcome to ANiU's online booking service. We are pleased to offer this service as a convenience to our clients. We currently are accepting online reservations for all spa, nails, and waxing services. We will soon be adding salon services to our options.

We first ask that you email info@aniuonline.com to obtain a personal ID number and password. Your email must include the following information:

• first and last name
• phone number
• email address
• credit card number and exp. date (you may provide this through email or you may call it in to Guest Services at 608-833-2898)
  

By requesting your personal ID and password and booking services online, you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Upon receipt of your personal ID and password, you will be required to provide ANiU with a valid credit card. Please note: Your card will NOT be charged at this time.
2. All appointment changes or cancellations must be made AT LEAST 24 hours in advance by contacting ANiU directly at 608-833-2898.
3. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation, your credit card will be charged 50% of the reservation.
   

Once you have obtained your personal ID and password, please follow these instructions to book online:

1. Click Make An Appointment
2. Choose the category of the service you would like to reserve and then the specific service.
3. If scheduling multiple services, please type in the amount of time in between services starting with 0 minutes and increasing by increments of 15 minutes.
4. Choose your time frame for all of your appointments, i.e. when you can arrive at ANiU for your first appointment and when you need to depart.
5. Click on "Available Appointments" and the booking system will search for all available appointments according to the specified time and service needs.
6. Select your preferred appointment time or modify your selections.
7. Click "Book" to schedule your appointment.
   

Your appointment is immediately booked and you’ll be provided a confirmation number. Please make note of that confirmation number. You will receive a confirmation call from ANiU’s Guest Services staff the day before your appointment.
