Yoga Mamas
Specially selected exercises for pre and post natal mothers designed to build strength, to increase energy and flexibility and to promote circulation. Concentration and relaxation techniques assist in preparing for and providing relief during and after labor and childbirth.
Yoga props such as blocks, chairs, and blankets are used to progressively adjust the expectant mother's position, thus providing more support as the pregnancy advances. Open to all stages of pregnancy.

Couples Yoga
Working with a partner helps you to open your body more deeply than you could alone, for optimal benefits. It's not how perfectly you execute a posture, it's how much you enjoy the posture. In poses and exercises, partners rely on each other's support to keep correct body alignment, balance, and concentration.
