CLASS DESCRIPTIONS: (on-going classes) NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Candlelight Yoga
– Practice in the glow of candlelight to relax the body & soothe the soul. Slow, but invigorating flow with an emphasis on breathing, some restorative poses and relaxation. Leave feeling recharged & ready for a restful night. All levels.

Flow Yoga – A vinyasa flow class linking body and breath. Designed to build strength, lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Prepare to sweat, stretch and rejuvenate.

Gentle Flow Yoga –A slow and gentle practice appropriate for beginners. With an emphasis on coordination of breath with movement and alignment, students will receive individualized attention.

Pilates –A system of exercises to develop strength, flexibility and inner awareness. Standing movements focus on stabilization, posture and body alignment. Stability balls, bands and gliders for resistance.

Yoga Strength – Get strong in this class fusing strength training and core abdominal work with traditional yoga practices. Focus on different muscle groups to build the strength and stamina necessary for challenging yoga postures Enhance range of motion & flexibility using tubing and stability balls. All levels.

Yoga Fusion -A blend of vinyasa yoga, Pilates and strength into a flowing sequence. Practice traditional yoga and Pilates elements with a Western styled physical approach. All levels welcome.

Sunrise Fusion – Rise and shine! Skip the caffeine and jump start your day with a class that builds strength, balance & flexibility with yoga poses & Pilates exercises.
