FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa flow linking body and breath to balance strength, flexibility and relaxation. Prepare to sweat, stretch and rejuvenate. All levels welcome.
FUSION FITNESS
A great workout for improving strength and flexibility incorporating Yoga, Pilates, physioball, and core exercises. The focus is body awareness, with an emphasis on proper alignment and execution. Participants work at their own level. Class is led by a Physical Therapist.
POWER PiYo
Rejuvenate the body, clear your mind, energize your spirit in this athletic blend of Pilates and yoga. Breakthrough to new levels of physical, metal and spiritual wellness. Pilates and yoga experience recommended. Moderate to Advanced level class.
TURBO KICK
Addictive cardio workout that combines kick boxing, simple dance moves and yoga with the hottest dance music in a party atmosphere. Wear athletic shoes.
YOGA STRENGTH
Want to create a New U in 6 short weeks? Get long and strong in one hour! In this class you will be challenged to get strong and increase balance and flexibility by focusing on form while holding challenging yoga poses. We will use a variety of props to prevent plateau and to keep your body guessing. A long segment of flexibility and relaxation will leave you feeling rewarded.
YOGA MAMAS/ PRENATAL YOGA
A hatha yoga class specially designed for pregnant women. A place and time to relax, better know your body, your growing baby, and their changing needs. Enhancing a general sense of well being while providing moral support and helping to prepare you for your birthing experience. Class begins with centering and then sharing any celebrations /challenges in your pregnancy if you choose (a time to connect with other women going through this unique life altering experience), and continues with an hour of poses that target the changing needs of your growing body, and ends with final relaxation.
ZUMBA
Easy-to-follow, energetic, dance-based cardio workout to Latin and other international music. Be ready to sweat, shake it, and have fun. Liking to dance is a prerequisite -- knowing HOW to dance is NOT required!
