Christi Andringa is a fitness professional, master trainer, and
inspirational presenter. In addition to teaching weekly classes, she travels
the country training instructors. She owns her own inspirational presentation
company, Candringa! Productions, LLC. She believes that a healthy body
and mind are the pathways to empowerment and independence. Certifications
include PiYo, Physical Mind Institute Pilates, AFAA Yoga, Turbo Kick,
Body Pump, Body Step, ACE Group Exercise, and AFAA Personal Training. |
Kat Hawkins began teaching group fitness in 2000 in a variety of
settings, including health clubs, studios, and hospitals. In addition
to her yoga practice she instructs water aerobics, kickboxing, BodyJam,
dance, and sculpting classes. Kat is an avid runner and also enjoys marathon
training. Kat is particularly interested in both gentle yoga and strength
building yoga. She believes everybody can benefit from practicing yoga.
Certifications include AEA, ACE group fitness(fall of 07'), Les Mills
BodyJam, and working on RYT with Yogafit. |
Rose Olson believes yoga is for every BODY - not just for the naturally
flexible. Let go of competition, comparison to others, and the belief
we must achieve perfect yoga postures. Teaching yoga since 2001 has been
a joy for Rose! Her teaching style has been influenced by Kali Ray, founder
of Tri Yoga, and most recently inspired and expanded by Scott Anderson,
founder of Alignment Yoga. Certifications include Scott Anderson Alignment
Yoga-Advanced Studies 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, PiYo Certification,
Physicalmind Institute Pilates Teacher Training, Beth Shaw Yogafit Teacher
Training, ACE Group Exercise, MATC Group Fitness Leadership Certificate,
AAAI/ISMA Yoga Instructor Certification, Kali Ray TriYoga Basics-Level
